Lunette offers a monthly subscription service that delivers curated sunglasses to subscribers. The Welcome Offer entitles new members to receive their first box for €39.00.
5. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at €39.00 per month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Lunette to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
All content on Lunette, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by Third Screen B.V. or our partners.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lunette is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
