1. Shipping zones
We currently ship to:
- European Union (DDP): All 27 member states — duties paid by Lunette
- UK & Switzerland (DDU): Subject to customs duties
- USA & Canada (DDU): Subject to customs duties
- Asia-Pacific (DDU): Japan, Australia, Singapore, etc.
2. Delivery times
- EU: 3–5 business days
- UK & Switzerland: 5–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–10 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
3. Shipping costs
Shipping is FREE on all subscription boxes worldwide. No hidden fees.
4. DDU notice — International customers
Estimated customs fees vary by country (typically 0–25% of declared value). Contact your local customs office for accurate estimates.
5. Tracking your order
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your box ships. Track in real-time at any time in Profile → Orders.
6. Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@lunette.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if confirmed.
7. Address changes
You can change your shipping address in Profile → Subscription before the next billing date. Changes after shipping are not possible.
