2. How to request a refund
- Email support@lunette.com with your order number
- Or use the “Request Refund” button in your order details
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Pack the items in original packaging and ship back
3. Refund timeline
- Day 0: You request the refund
- Day 1: We email you a prepaid return label
- Day 5–7: We receive and inspect your return
- Day 8–12: Refund processed to your original payment method
Refunds appear on your bank statement within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are NOT eligible for refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 14 days
- Promotional accessories from Welcome Offer (you keep these as a gift)
5. Cancellation rights
You can cancel your subscription anytime in Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you’ll still receive any boxes paid for.
